Merryman Tabbed MASCAC Player of the Week

SALEM, Mass. -- Omri Merryman (So., G/F, Lynn, Mass.) was named MASCAC Men's Basketball Player of the Week after averaging 25.5 points, shooting 50% (16-32) from the field, 43.8% (7-16) from beyond the arc, and 80% (12-15) from the free-throw line, while also grabbing 7.5 rebounds in a 1-1 week for the Vikings. The sophomore scored 21 points on 7-of-14 shooting, including 3-of-6 from three, and pulled down nine rebounds in a setback to Westfield State. He then followed up with a 30-point performance on 9-of-18 shooting, along with six rebounds, in a 74-69 win over Bridgewater State.
